Allstar Infrastructure was engaged by Fulton Hogan to deliver civil, building, and maintenance works as part of the Urban Utilities Northern Treatment Plant Capital Works Program. This program focuses on brownfield treatment plant renewals and upgrades across six major urban and coastal sewage treatment plants, supporting Urban Utilities’ transition from an asset-centric to a customer-centric approach.
SCOPE OF WORK:

Substation construction – Built new 200-series blockwork substation structures

Asbestos removal – Safe removal of old tiles within existing substations

Fire door replacement – Removal, installation, and certification of new fire doors and frames, including painting

Vegetation and grounds maintenance – Managed grass and plant areas within treatment plants

Substation room renovations

Wall and floor painting

Epoxy floor coating

Brickwork on penetrations

Supply, installation, and certification of Sika Combiflex products for construction joints

Mechanical infrastructure upgrades – Supplied and installed mechanical platforms, stairways, and handrails
