Our Founders
Cathal McGrath
Director
Cathal is a founding director of Allstar Infrastructure and has been integral to its strategic growth since inception in 2017. With almost 15 years’ experience delivering civil construction projects to the water, wastewater, mining and oil & gas sectors, he has a successful project management background and a history of achieving exceptional outcomes for his diverse portfolio of clients.
​Cathal is the key interface between Allstar’s clients and project delivery teams. His diverse construction experience provides an excellent foundation to manage the delivery of projects and programs of work over diversified landscapes with parallel works and complex interfaces. He is passionate about making a difference in project delivery through excellence in all aspects of project management and through the development of genuine relationships that withstand time.
Mark O'Neill
Director
Mark is a founding director of Allstar Infrastructure and has been integral to its strategic growth since inception in 2017. He has a strong construction delivery background that spans over 15 years and has successfully delivered projects to the water, wastewater, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
​
Mark ensures project success by embracing best practice and technical excellence while developing a solid team culture. He is the critical link between design and project delivery teams and ensures design is aligned with construction methodology to ensure ‘no surprises’ during the project delivery stages. Through early constructability input he develops optimum solutions that incorporate lesson learned to minimise risk and drive excellent client and project outcomes.
